    Gratitude

    Media_httpecximagesam_lucuc
Laura Ling was the speaker at Voices last Wednesday. I can't get her talk out of my brain. She shares how she was captured in North Korea and held prisoner for 5 months. She shares the details of her interrogation and imprisonment in her book,  Somewhere Inside . What fascinated me the most was how she committed to daily exercise (which consisted of yoga stretches and walking around her cell), meditation and practicing gratitude. She says the practice of finding something each day that she could be grateful for was so helpful in maintaining her sanity and keeping her grounded. We are all faced with stressful situations. The power of gratitude is extraordinary.

  • About Rev Christine Green

Over the past 20 years, I have studied with inspiring and powerful women, each of them a role-model, each of them encouraging me to move forward on my spiritual journey. It was through these motivational women that I received the tools to open my awareness to God’s love and grace.

It is truly a privilege to teach, facilitate and counsel others both nationally and abroad. I have been blessed to serve many individuals on their spiritual journey to live more productive and loving lives.
