    Workshop for Caregivers:

    The Science of Caring:

Creating Building Blocks to Health and Wholeness

If oxygen is needed in an emergency, an oxygen mask will be released from above you. Make sure you put on your mask first before assisting others such as children.

    ~Airline Safety Instructions

As caregivers we forget that we need oxygen before we can serve our clients. It is imperative that we live a healthy life in order to care for others. Care giving mixed in with family life combined with the need for personal time and space can make us feel as though there is no oxygen flowing through the mask!

Health consists of the things we do to maintain a strong body and a consistent quality of life. Wholeness is the awareness and intention of how health shows up. By bringing awareness of our beliefs, behavior and actions we can bring them into alignment and develop a peaceful and harmonious experience of life.

In this workshop we will cover:

Building Block #1: Adopting the role of observer - Managing emotions

Building Block #2: Taking responsibility – Releasing victim thinking

Building Block #3: Speaking with good purpose - Liberating self judgment

Building Block #4: Empower decision making ability – Letting go of doubt

Building Block #5: Creating clear intentions - Managing emotions
